ADDIS mdash; Early Tuesday morning, West Baton Rouge Parish fire crews worked to contain a fire that started when a large tank of flammable liquid caught fire in the Sugar Mill subdivision in Addis.According to fire officials, workers were operating a large Acetylene tank when the valve ruptured, c ausing the pressurized vapor to ignite. Firefighters used hose streams to cool the tank to prevent any further explosion and released all the contents.After this, the area was rendered safe.nbsp;No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were damaged in the area.nbsp;The Addis Police Department also responded.nbsp;Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
