The Miami Marlins provided school supplies to students in need on Monday. The team partnered with Kiwanis Club of Little Havana at Georgia Jones-Ayers/Lenora B. Smith K-8 Center for the annual back-to-school event. The team’s manager, players and staff handed out several items, including no tebooks, pencils and folders. “It’s a responsibility for not only myself and some our players, like Otto Lopez who is here today, but our organization in general to be able to give back to our community that supports us so well,” said Marlins Manager Clayton McCullough.
