New free full-day preschools are opening in Pueblo School District 60 at the old Bradford Elementary School on the east side of the city. It is also a community resource hub.The elementary students who went to Bradford now go to Park View School of Discovery.District leaders say this move will set children up for learning success."Having a free funded preschool is the foundation to starting off the learning that is going to last a lifetime, and so our district believes in it, I believe in it and our community deserves it," said Kim Cura, Executive Director of Elementary Education.Heritage Elementary, which is located near the Colorado State Fairgrounds, will also have free full-day preschool.
