LAPLACE - An 18-wheeler was blown over along the Bonnet Carreacute; Spillway Bridge on Monday afternoon as severe thunderstorms moved through the area.WBRZ obtained video of the semi-truck showing the trailer slightly leaning before a forceful gust of wind pushed it over.According to DOTD's traffic map, the westbound lane of the spillway is closed.
