A 27-year-old woman was killed and a 45-year-old man was injured in a double shooting in Freemansburg Township, Northampton County, on Saturday, police said. The shooting occurred at around 6:09 a.m. at the 20 block of Market Street on Saturday, Aug. 22, police said. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the two victims shot inside a home, along with a 27-year-old woman who is believed to have carried out the shooting, police said. The identity of the the two victims and the woman taken into custody have not been released at this time.
