CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A new west Charlotte faith-based medical hub is actively combating local mental healthcare shortages. The New Bethel Community Restoration Center celebrated its grand opening Friday on Little Rock Road. Hub leaders revealed those seeking local behavioral care, encounter a stag gering 3-month appointment wait time. The site combines medical counseling, food pantry outreach, and wrap-around family services. Founder Tiffanie Adams says, “It’s hard to find medical care all in one place.
