Savor the Summit  The annual Savor the Summit event on Park City’s historic Main Street took place on June 27. Dozens of participating restaurants served curated multi-course menus and craft cocktails in this outdoor dinner party with communal tables that stretched down Main Street.  Independence Day America marked the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 2026, and patriotic events across the Wasatch Back spanned the weekend. From parades and pancake breakfasts to concerts and potlucks, Independence Day was celebrated on Park City’s historic Main Street and at the multi-day Forum Fest which culminated in a drone show each evening.
