(WRTV) A battery and harassment involving an adult and a child during a back-to-school event was reported Wednesday, Westfield Police Department said in a Thursday news release.The incident happened around 6:10 p.m. Aug. 10 at 18250 N. Union St., police said. That's the address for Westfield High School.No other details on what happened were in the release.On Aug. 10, online calendars show the district's high and middle schools hosted ROCK Welcome Days, an orientation for students ahead of the first day of classes.
