SF Woman Arrested for DUI, Kidnapping After Fleeing Police With Passenger Inside Car

, 25-year-old Cristina Valdivia of San Francisco, allegedly kept going, driving on the damaged wheel as she continued north through San Mateo County from Half Moon Bay. The pursuit eventually ended in a Pacifica cul-de-sac, where a sheriff's deputy was able to stop the vehicle.According to San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, Valdivia then told the deputy that she was Cleopatra and needed help locating Julius Caesar.The passenger reportedly told authorities he had tried to get out of the vehicle, but Valdivia allegedly locked the doors and kept driving. Valdivia was charged with felony kidnapping and fleeing a police officer, as well as misdemeanor DUI, narcotics possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
