Park City Mountains aims for Nov. 20 opening day

Park City Mountain announced Tuesday morning that its target opening date for the 2026/27 ski season is Friday, Nov. 20.
“The announcement officially starts the countdown to winter in Park City as our teams prepare to welcome skiers and riders back to the mountain,” Senior Manager of Commun
ications John Kanaly said. “With Super El Niño forecasts fueling hopes for a snowy season and Shaun White’s The Snow League set to make its Park City Mountain debut in January, there is plenty to look forward to this winter.”
The resort added that an Epic Pass deadline for cost is approaching, and prices will increase Sept. 7.
Pass options:
The Epic Pass (Adult $1,119, Young Adult and Teen 13-30 $889) offers unlimited, unrestricted access to ski and ride at Park City Mountain, Whistler Blackcomb, Vail Mountain and 39 other resorts worldwide. Skiers and riders also have access to ski internationally in Japan and Europe.
The Epic Local Pass (Adult $829, Young Adult $659) offers unlimited access to Park City Mountain (excluding peak dates), plus coast-to-coast access to other resorts like Vail Mountain, Heavenly, Whistler Blackcomb and Breckenridge (with some restrictions). Ski internationally with select days at Andermatt-Sedrun, Crans-Montana and others.
You can ski and ride Park City Mountain from $98 per day with an Epic Day Pass. Up to 65% savings compared to lift ticket prices.
