Season outlook: Lincoln Northwest will have several new faces on the team that could step up and be leaders.  The Falcons also make the leap up to Class A and all of their games will be in Lincoln this season, home and away.  LNW will play Lincoln Standing Bear in the Week 0 game on Aug. 21 at Seacrest Field. As for returning personnel, the Falcons return two-year starter Sammy Jurgens at quarterback, who threw for over 1,200 yards and six touchdowns last season.  Cooper Floyd returns at running back and linebacker, where he led the team in tackles.  Zavier Wells had 24 catches for 399 yards and Jamaar Clark caught 14 passes for 72 yards, while racking up 15 tackles on defense. ...read more read less
