BATON ROUGE mdash; Crews will begin overlaying Lee Drive between Perkins Road and Highland Road at the end of September to address potholes, according to Mayor-President Sid Edwards.nbsp;The overlay, which is expected to take a few weeks, is separate from the larger Lee Drive MOVEBER project, which will widen the corridor.nbsp;ldquo;Wersquo;ve heard from residents who are tired of dodging potholes on Lee Drive, and wersquo;re taking action,rdquo; Mayor-President Edwards said. ldquo;The larger MOVEBR project is still coming, but wersquo;re not going to ignore the condition of the road people are driving on today.
