New Orleans Saints fans will see lower-priced concessions, more Louisiana-inspired food and expanded partnerships with local businesses at the Caesars Superdome during the 2026 NFL season.
The Saints and hospitality operator Legends Global announced the changes Friday as part of an updated food and beverage program timed to the team’s 60th season.
Among the most significant changes is a $6 anniversary menu featuring draft beer, hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels, nachos and Dasani water. The organizations said the pricing also recognizes the Superdome’s 60th anniversary.
The broader beverage program will include lower beer prices overall, more 16-ounce beer varieties and additional 12-ounce canned options at lower price points. The Superdome also plans to expand its selection of local craft beer and introduce two signature cocktails developed with New Orleans restaurant Jewel of the South.
The Saints and Legends Global said prices on most beverage offerings will remain unchanged from last season.
“The Superdome has always been a reflection of our city, and this year we’re taking that connection even further,” Saints President Dennis Lauscha said. “As we celebrate our 60th season, we want every fan who walks through our doors to feel the culture, flavor, and spirit of New Orleans in every part of their gameday experience, especially the food.”
The revamped concessions program expands the Superdome’s relationships with Louisiana and regional food and beverage companies, including Tabasco, Abita, American Seafood, Capital City, Carnival Brands, Blue Plate, Blue Bell, Haydel’s Bakery, JCB Creations, Labella’s and Leidenheimer.
Local concession operators will include Ballard Brands, King Creole, Mrs. Wheat’s and Sweet Soulfood.
Louisiana staples returning to the stadium include étouffée, po’boys, meat pies, cochon de lait, jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice, seafood nachos, beignets and Hubig’s pies. Lucky Dog also will return to the Superdome.
New rotating items planned during the season include specialty po’boys and hot dogs, Bayou Smash Burgers, a pork and alligator burger and Dome Nachos served with a choice of pork carnitas, chicken tinga or house-made seafood queso.
“Our goal is to deliver a best-in-class food and beverage experience that feels unmistakably New Orleans,” said Miles Tully Jr., Caesars Superdome vice president of hospitality for Legends Global. “From expanding local partnerships to introducing new specialty items and value pricing, we’re proud to offer fans more quality, more variety, and more of the flavors they love — all while keeping accessibility at the forefront.”
Premium seating customers also will see changes. Legends Global plans to introduce a “pick your own” à la carte suite program, additional sponsor integrations and expanded culinary offerings featuring local ingredients and regional dishes.
The Saints and Legends Global also plan to continue donating unused food considered safe for consumption after Saints home games to Second Harvest Food Bank. The program is intended to reduce food waste while providing meals to people facing food insecurity across southeast Louisiana.
Legends Global provides hospitality, venue management, sales, merchandise and other services to more than 450 venues worldwide. The company says its network handles more than 20,000 events and serves about 165 million guests annually.
