A woman was killed at a home in Bristol Borough, Bucks County, Thursday morning, sources confirmed to NBC10. The incident was reported around 8 a.m. at a home on Wood Street in Bristol Borough. According to sources, one suspect was taken into custody. However, as of 4 p.m., no formal charg es had been filed against the suspect. Sharon Lalli said she learned early in the morning that her next-door neighbor had died. “I feel like I am in a nightmare, and hopefully, I’ll wake up,” Lalli said. Lalli said she was stunned that the killing may have been the result of a domestic incident. “We were really good neighbors, and this is something you don’t, you don’t expect this,” Lalli said. Around 9:20 a.m., SkyForce10 flew over the scene, which remained very active, with multiple officers investigating. Neighbors told NBC10 the couple had lived in the home for a long time and raised children there. People who knew them said they had never seen anything out of place. “It’s shocking. She’s such a lovely person, I don’t think I’ve ever met a lovelier person than her. Never had a bad word to say about anybody, always willing to help everybody, and them together, they made a great couple,” Irene Houser said.
