Man injured in shooting during West Philly robbery, police say

A man walked into a medical facility overnight after being shot twice during a robbery in West Philly, police said.
According to police, the victim, a 21-year-old man, walked into a West Philly medical center at about 1:56 a.m. on Thursday after he was shot in his left hand and right thigh in a
robbery that happened along the 4100 block of South Concourse Drive earlier in the evening.

Investigators said the victim was outside a property on that block when he was approached by two men, one of which produced a firearm.
The attackers stoke the man’s wallet, keys and cellphone before the armed gunman fired multiple shots at the victim and fled in an unknown direction, officials said.
The victim was hospitalized in stable condition, according to officials.
However, police said that investigators were unable to find a shooting scene at the location detailed by the victim.
Still, officials said the incident is being investigated as a robbery.
