NBA announces 2 more holiday games on Sixers' schedule

The 2026-27 Sixers season will not be light on games in the national spotlight.
The NBA on Wednesday afternoon announced two more holiday Sixers games.
The team is set to visit the Hawks on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Jan. 18, at 2:30 p.m. ET. The Sixers will also have a road game on President
s’ Day, Feb. 15. They’ll face the Mavericks at 2:30 p.m. ET. Both games will air on NBC and Peacock.
The Mavs matchup will have two Rookie of the Year finalists from last season in Dallas’ Cooper Flagg and the Sixers’ VJ Edgecombe. Flagg won the award.
The Sixers have droppped nine consecutive games to the Hawks, including all four in last year’s regular-season series. Atlanta fell to the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs and the Sixers lost to New York in the second.
As of Wednesday afternoon, below are all announced games on the Sixers’ 2026-27 regular-season schedule. The full schedule will come out Thursday afternoon.
Oct. 20, 7 p.m. ET: Sixers at Knicks
Oct. 22, 7 p.m ET: Sixers vs. Cavaliers
Oct. 30, 7:30 p.m. ET: Sixers vs. Knicks (NBA Cup)
Nov. 6, 7:30 p.m. ET: Sixers at Cavaliers (NBA Cup)
Nov. 25, 5 p.m. ET: Sixers vs. Heat (NBA Cup)
Nov. 27, 7:30 p.m. ET: Sixers at Pacers (NBA Cup)
Dec. 25, 5 p.m. ET: Sixers at Lakers
Jan. 18, 2:30 p.m. ET: Sixers at Hawks
Feb. 15, 2:30 p.m. ET: Sixers at Mavericks
