On Wednesday at 3:07 a.m. a coastal flood statement was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 11 p.m. until Thursday 1 a.m. for Westchester County."Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline," comments the weather s ervice.
