DENHAM SPRINGS - A Russian national was arrested after deputies found almost 800 pounds of methamphetamine in a tractor trailer, the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office said.Officials said they conducted a traffic stop with an 18-wheeler on I-12 eastbound. The driver was identified as Anton Vitalyev ich Rakov, "a deportable Russian [national]," officials said.Deputies seized 789 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in the trailer.
