Local:San Francisco police have re-arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in March, in addition to a second suspect. The SFPD touted the quick arrest of 19-year-old Edwin Depaz Maldonado of Richmond and another man the day after the March 27 shooting at Harrison and Third streets, an d it's not clear why he was freed and arrested again on Thursday in Oakland; also arrested was 20-year-old Eliseo Maldonado-Alvarez in San Rafael, who was not originally arrested in March. Foul play is not suspected, and trains continued to run through the station, with bus shuttles provided from El Cerrito Del Norte.
