INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) A man was arrested after a crash left one person dead and another seriously injured on Indianapolis' south side early Monday morning.According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers res ponded to the area near U.S. 31 and Stop 11 Road, where they initially received reports of a hit-and-run. When officers arrived, they found at least one vehicle involved in the crash.IMPD later arrested an adult male for his alleged involvement in the crash. Police say they believe alcohol was a factor.The identities of those involved have not been released.
