A man was killed when a tractor trailer and tanker truck crashed on Friday afternoon, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office. The crash happened around 3:35 p.m. on Aug. 7 near State Route 309 and Gun Club Road in Lynn Township, officials said. The 52-year-old driver of the tanker truck died after crashing into a tractor-trailer, officials reported. No one else was hurt in the crash. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 10 to confirm the cause of death for the tanker truck driver.
