Montague, N.Y. - A man helping tow a disabled UTV on a road in Lewis County was hit and killed Thursday evening, troopers said.Two UTVs - a 2023 Yamaha and a 2024 Polaris - stopped on Liberty Road in the town of Montague around 5 p.m. after a belt on the Yamaha broke, Trooper Jennifer Jiron, a State Police spokesperson, said in a news release. ...read more read less
