Officials are looking for a man who didn’t return to a correctional facility after being allowed to leave on a work permit, according to the Delaware Department of Correction. Steven Pozzie was being held at the Community Corrections Treatment Center in Smyrna, Delaware, when he was allowed to leave because of a work pass, officials said. He was supposed to go back to the facility, but failed to do so, officials explained. Pozzie is described as 39-year-old man who is 5 foot 10 inches tall with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red-colored t-shirt with an American flag design and blue pants that have a white stripe down the side.
