French Bakery Launches August Pie-Making Classes with Chef Jenn Riesman       French Bakery, Bakery Lorraine, invites San Antonians to learn the art of Pie Making   WHAT:  Bakery Lorraine is inviting guests to roll up their sleeves this August and master the art of pie-making during a limite d series of hands-on baking classes led by Executive Pastry Chef Jenn Riesman, one of San Antonio’s most beloved pastry chefs. Hosted exclusively at Bakery Lorraine’s Pearl location from 7 – 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, and Wednesday, August 5 and 12, each class will guide attendees through creating a double-crusted Apple Blackberry Pie from scratch using techniques and tips from Riesman herself. COST: Tickets are $50 and include admission for up to two people, making the experience perfect for couples, friends, or family members looking for a unique summer outing.
