At 8:47 p.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning in effect until 11:45 p.m. for Erie and Niagara counties."At 8:47 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Addi tional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
