One person is dead and another in the hospital after a fight led to a fatal shooting in Fort Worth, according to police. The Fort Worth Police Department said around 2:23 a.m. on Aug 1, East Divisions Officers responded to call about a fight at the intersection of Miller Ave. and East Berry St. According to a news release, officers found a man with a gunshot wound at the 4100 block of East Berry St. Fort Worth Police said first responders tried to save the man’s life, but he died at the scene. Investigators learned a second gunshot victim was taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Police said that person has a gunshot wound to the leg, but was in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. Homicide detectives are investigation the shooting.
