Orangeburg Co., S.C. (WOLO)– “This was supposed to be a time of family and fun,” the sheriff said. “But it turned into a tragedy for absolutely no good reason when a man was assaulted.” Deputies say Ronald Graham, 58, and Rhett Graham, 31, of Salters were arrested Wednesday by US Marshals . Both men are charged with murder. According to deputies, on April 25 an argument at a home on Salters Ln. in Orangeburg escalated into a fight.
