An updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 8:40 a.m. in effect until 2:45 p.m. for Ulster County."At 8:40 a.m., Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 in ch are possible in the warned area.
