Flood watch in place for Delaware County until Wednesday evening caused by substantial downpours

On Tuesday at 1:32 a.m. a flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 11 a.m. until Wednesday 8 p.m. for Delaware County.The weather service informs, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible."
