A man was arrested after sexually assaulting a woman in the courtyard outside of the Kent County Courthouse, according to the Delaware Capitol Police Department. Police said that the assault happened late on Saturday, July 25 in the courthouse courtyard that is reportedly well-lit. Detective s launched an investigation in which they said 30-year-old Tyreen Williams, of Dover, was found to the be the suspect. Williams is registered as a tier 2 sex offender in Delaware, police said. Williams is charged with rape and other related charges.
