Hudson Valley placed under a flood watch Tuesday and Wednesday due to intense rainfall

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch at 2:49 p.m. on Monday valid from Tuesday 8 a.m. until Wednesday 8 a.m. for Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.The weather service informs, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible."
