Firefighters were battling a vegetation fire near the border of Solano County and Napa County Saturday afternoon. The Dutch Flat Fire was burning around 5 acres in the wetlands near Kimberly Drive and Meadow Bay Drive, according to authorities. Evacuation orders were issued, per the American Cany on Police Department, but they were later lifted. Officials added the fire has a moderate rate of spread and structures are threatened at the head of it.
