Crews were at the site of a water main break that impacted dozens of homes Saturday morning in the Wissahickon neighborhood. The water main break was reported around 8 a.m. at the intersection of Manayunk Avenue and Osborn Street. According to the Philadelphia Water Department, the water m ain break impacted 70 homes that, as of 10:30 a.m., were still without water.
