(CNN)– 25 states and D.C. have sued the Trump Administration accusing FEMA and DHS of withholding disaster relief and counterterrorism funding, unless they adopt election changes. The lawsuit alleges the administration is using federal money as leverage to force states to comply with its electi on agenda. The states say there is no evidence of the widespread voter fraud crisis the administration claims to be addressing.
