CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Three teens have been charged in the death of a 14-year-old boy in northwest Charlotte. Investigators say 14-year-old Kamarhy Sanders-Livingston was found shot on Lewiston Avenue just before two AM on July 14th. He died Wednesday.
