CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A Charlotte man faces felony charges following a fatal fentanyl overdose in Waxhaw. Police arrested Taylor Yates on Monday in east Charlotte. According to investigators, Yates sold drugs that caused the death of Andrew Rivera in March. Rivera was found dead inside a home on Ca ssidy Drive from an apparent overdose.
