MATTHEWS, N.C. – Two men are charged in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist in Matthews. 46-year-old Xiukuai Zhang is charged with felony hit and run resulting in death. 59-year-old Ryan Faulkner is charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle and failure to yield the right of way. Investigators say the two were involved in a four-vehicle crash that happened on the night of July 1st, at East John Street and McKee Road.
