CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A stalled front will bring waves of heavy rain overnight through Thursday.A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from 6 PM this evening through Thursday evening for Anson, Stanly, Richmond, Ashe and Watauga counties.As the front stalls over North Carolina, waves of rain will ride alon g the front. Locations that get stuck under the “rain train” could see flash flooding.
