New York State Police arrested a 25-year-old Upstate New York man early Saturday morning after he allegedly drove while intoxicated and crashed head-on into an ambulance.Dylan Anthony Hayes of Fort Plain was traveling south on State Highway 28 in Milford in a 2004 Volkswagen at approximately 2:48 a. m. when he crossed into the opposite lane and struck a Headwaters EMS ambulance head-on, according to state police at Oneonta. ...read more read less
