CHARLOTTE, N.C. – New details on a massive crime and traffic sweep to make Charlotte roads safer. CMPD says during Operation Queen City Overwatch, officers conducted over 1,200 traffic stops and issued more than 2,200 citations. The two-day blitz targeted impaired driving, reckless driving, and street racing.
