CHESTERFIELD, S.C. – New details after the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office fires two deputies in an ongoing police corruption probe.
According to SLED warrants, Michael Allen Irvin and Larry Todd Tucker, Junior fabricated evidence to secure a search warrant for a residence. Investigat
ors say Tucker drafted a false affidavit claiming an informant bought meth at the home, which Irvin then signed.
Agents confirm no drug deal ever happened.
Both men are charged with misconduct in office and are being prosecuted by the state Attorney General.
