A severe thunderstorm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 1:26 p.m. in effect until 2:30 p.m. for Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego counties.The storms may bring quarter-sized hail and wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
