Swaner Preserve EcoCenter will partner with Vine Lore Wine Spirits for its fifth annual Wine Among the Willows event, where attendees will learn about innovations in wine production that prioritize health and the environment, from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, at the EcoCenter, 1258 Center Drive. Attendees will taste sustainable, biodynamic and innovative wines while rotating through guided sampling stations throughout the EcoCenter.   “This annual gathering is a great way to enjoy summertime in Park City while learning from industry experts,” said Janna Coulter, community engagement manager for the EcoCenter. “It’s for anyone who enjoys wine; it’s casual, fun and offers the chance to experience nature with a glass in hand.”   Registration is required in advance and includes wine and non-alcoholic beverage samples at four tasting stations, light bites, a souvenir wine glass and the opportunity to learn about the climate and environmental considerations in the wine industry. All attendees must be 21 or older.
