One person was arrested after a shooting on Roosevelt Boulevard left a man with gunshot wounds to his chest and neck on Tuesday, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Officers were called to the 400 block of Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia around 5:28 p.m. on July 14 for reports of gunfire in the area, police said. When the officers got to the scene, they reported finding a 37-year-old man who had been shot in the neck and chest. The man was taken to a nearby hospital by officers where he was placed in critical condition, police said. One person was arrested in connection to this shooting, according to police. The investigation is being conducted by the Philadelphia Police Department’s Shooting Investigation Group.
