(CNN)– A Mexican restaurant from Denver is trying its hand in Mexico. Chipotle is opening its first location South of the border Thursday, July 9. It will be in Metro Monterrey, with an expansion into Mexico City planned for next year. The quick service chain says it thinks there’s a big int erest in the food it makes in Mexico.
