Another earthquake has hit Kern County, this time near California City.According to the USGS, a 4.1 magnitude earthquake hit near Randsburg around 9:40am on Monday. The location is about 16 miles northeast of California City.The re are no reports of damage or injuries at this time.It's been an active time for earthquakes in Kern recently.
