At 2:21 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a heat advisory valid for Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Northern Warren and Southeast Warren as well as Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Washington, Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Greene and Columbia counties.The weather service informs, "Heat index values up to 102 degrees expected." ...read more read less
