INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) -- The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to the intersection of Maryland and Pennsylvania Streets in downtown Indianapolis after a woman was struck by a vehicle, police say.According to po lice, the crash happened early Saturday morning.
