A Cleveland County medic has died and the man accused of hitting her while drunk remains behind bars without bond. Ashley Moore was riding in an ambulance when Jared Logan allegedly ran into the back of it. While Moore’s family is grieving, Logan’s family believes that the second degree murde r charge he is now facing is too harsh. A judge denied Logan’s bond under Irina’s law.
