  Locally Owned Bakery Goes From Farmers Market Favorite to Storefront       Locally Owned Bakery, Dough Baby, To Open First Brick-and-Mortar in Olmos Park   Dough Baby, known for its handmade Texified kolaches and iced-to-order cinnamon rolls, is opening its first brick-and-mortar location at 4219 McCullough Ave., #2 on Saturday, July 18, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The debut will feature a community-focused grand opening celebration with giveaways and in-store raffles. After two years of weekend sell-outs at the Pearl Farmers Market, founder Nancy Fitch, a longtime San Antonio restaurant professional and former head of the Pearl Farmers Market, is bringing the brand’s first permanent home to the Olmos Park community. New Expanded Menu The new location introduces an expanded menu beyond its signature offerings. In addition to its kolaches and cinnamon rolls, Dough Baby Olmos Park will feature baby cakes, seasonal pies, classic fresh-baked cookies, and savory selections like a daily quiche, alongside a curated coffee and tea program. Grab-and-Go Designed as a casual grab-and-go concept, the shop will be open Wednesday through Monday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and closed on Tuesdays. The celebration begins with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. As a token of appreciation, the first 50 guests in line will receive a complimentary cinnamon roll. Guests who make a purchase will also receive a coupon for a free kolache on their next visit, available through 2 p.m. Win a Gift Card Details The festivities continue with an all-day in-store giveaway.
